In-Office Balloon Sinuplasty
Relieving the sinus pressure and headaches associated with chronic sinusitis
If you’ve been treated for sinusitis that is unresponsive to medical therapy, balloon sinuplasty can provide relief. This minimally invasive procedure opens sinus passages to relieve the pressure and pain associated with sinusitis.
This procedure, performed in our office with local anesthesia, involves inserting a small, flexible balloon catheter through the nostrils into the blocked sinus passages. The sinus balloon is then gently inflated to dilate and open your blocked sinus passages.
Will balloon sinuplasty benefit you? If you’ve been suffering from chronic (i.e., long-term) sinus issues, schedule a consultation with the specialists at the Boca Raton Sinus & Allergy Center. Together, we’ll determine if this procedure can work to relieve your symptoms.
